Payment
We operate on a prepayment basis only.
Two options are available:
• 50% prepayment – the remaining amount is paid via cash on delivery upon receiving your order from Nova Poshta. You may also contact us via online chat to request to pay the remaining 50% before your order is shipped.
• 100% prepayment via bank transfer.
Delivery within Ukraine
• Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta – either to a branch or by courier to your address.
• Production time: 7–9 business days.
• Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery cost: according to the carrier’s rates.
International Delivery
• International shipping is carried out via Nova Poshta.
• Terms: 100% prepayment only.
• Production time: 7–9 business days.
• Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Shipping cost is calculated individually and will be provided by our manager after the order is placed.
Additional Information
• Once your order is shipped, Nova Poshta will send you a tracking number (TTN), so please make sure to provide your correct phone number.
• Please check the integrity of the packaging upon receiving your order.

All items are made exclusively to order. We offer exchanges even if the item has been customized in terms of size, length, or color, specifically according to the client's request.
We accept exchanges if:
• No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the item was received.
• The item has not been used, is in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.
How to arrange an exchange:
1. Contact us via any convenient method (email, Instagram, or online chat).
2. Confirm the details and receive the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
